Job Title: Global Indirect Procurement Support Specialist
Pay Rate:$39.43 - $43.01/hour
Remote Position
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Indirect Procurement Support Specialist to assist our clients procurement team with their ongoing Procurement Transformation Project. This role will play a critical part in contract analysis metadata identification and supporting procurement processes that feed into Ariba for invoicing and payment workflows.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret contracts to extract key metadata fields for system entry.
- Support creation of Ariba buying channels for streamlined invoicing and payment processes.
- Assist Indirect Procurement Category and Sourcing Managers with lower complex contract-related tasks.
- Support various procurement activities such as:
- RFP processing
- Proposal reviews
- Drafting contracts and amendments
- Conducting spend analysis
- Price and terms negotiation
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required.
- Demonstrated experience in corporate procurement support functions.
- Familiarity with indirect procurement practices preferred.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Ariba is required.
- Experience with Esker and/or Icertis is a strong plus.
