About the role
Our client is seeking an experiencedScrum Masterto join their team inPerth bringing strongproject management capabilitiesand a passion for agile delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is skilled at driving collaboration and continuous improvement.
The Successful Candidate
- Deep understanding of the Scrum framework including artifacts and techniques such as:
- Definition of Done
- User Stories
- Automated Testing
- Backlog Refinement
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams & managing stakeholders.
- Ability to facilitate change in projects effectively.
- Industry experience in Energy & Utilities is highly desirable.
Whats on offer
This contract is available for an initial 12-month term with likely extensions.
Located in Perth WA
