Monterey CA Hybrid $140000$220000 U.S. Citizenship & Active TS/SCI Required

We are seeking a highly motivated DSP Software Engineer with an active TS/SCI clearance to join a small elite team of engineers developing and implementing cutting-edge signal processing technologies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced R&D-driven environment enjoys working across the full software development lifecycle and wants their work to directly support national defense and intelligence missions.
What Youll Do
Design develop and maintain high-performance software systems for signal processing applications
Work across the software stack: architecture development testing debugging and deployment
Collaborate closely with researchers systems engineers and classified project teams
Support and evolve existing codebases with best practices in testing version control and defensive coding
Apply or expand your knowledge in communications systems and statistical signal processing
Must-Have Qualifications
U.S. Citizen with active TS/SCI clearance (required)
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (5 years preferred)
Strong proficiency in:
C / C Python
Linux development environments
SQL GUI tools
Data structures algorithms and revision control (e.g. Git)
Unit and regression testing
Bonus Experience (Not Required but Valued)
Signal processing for communications systems
Verilog/VHDL or familiarity with embedded DSP
Experience supporting secure or classified software environments
