As a Clerical Supervisor 1 you must possess strong leadership skills to provide direction training orientation and support to a team of Clerical Assistant 2s. You will also serveas the site administrator and time keeper. Within this role you will be responsible for evaluating monitoring and providing instructions to clerical staff to ensure accurate and efficient processing of assistance benefits. This professional also assigns work in a fair and equitable manner identifies personnel problems and recommends appropriate actions. In addition you will approve leave requests to maintain adequate coverage and efficiency in the office as well as provide administrative support to the Executive Director and maintain a working knowledge of office equipment to ensure smooth workflow.
