About the team:
Amazons Marketplace connects over 2 million businesses big and small to millions of Amazon Customers. Amazons External Fulfillment (EF) team empowers businesses who ship from their own warehouses (Merchant Fulfillment Network - MFN) with fulfillment and transportation technology that drives Customer demand generation streamlines warehouse operations and provides domestic/international transportation solutions to deliver with speed and reliability to Customers.
About the role:
EF is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the Buy Shipping product which allows millions of merchants globally to access shipping labels from a suite of carriers and ship packages from their warehouse to Customers. You will be responsible for the driving the long term product vision end to end improvements in the Seller shipping experience/Customer delivery experience and overall product adoption while owning the business P&L.
This role requires strong business acumen and product sense to drive adoption at scale. You will collaborate with multiple teams including WW EF Marketplace teams ShipTech and marketing teams.
- 5 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- MBA

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
