The Badging Coordinator plays a crucial role in workplace operations ensuring suppliers and visitors have proper credentials and access to secured areas. This position serves as the first point of contact for all access-related inquiries and manages the badge issuance replacement and access control process. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail outstanding customer service skills and a proactive solutions-oriented mindset.Job Description
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
KEY COMPETENCIES & EDUCATION:
3 years of relevant experience.
Ability to organize and prioritize simultaneous tasks. Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
Prior experience or familiarity with badging software/technology is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word Excel Outlook etc.
Strong communication skills with a proven track record of collaborating with internal/external stakeholders coming to solutions that benefit all parties and being a supportive partner to the business.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment.
