Early Childhood Educators & After School Teachers Wanted (Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available)
Location: Wilmington NC
Schedule Options:
Full-Time: 6:20 AM 3:20 PM 7:00 AM 4:00 PM 8:00 AM 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Part-Time: 2:00 PM 6:00 PM (Afterschool Program) Monday through Friday
Compensation: $15.00 $20.00/hour (commensurate with experience & qualifications)

Position Overview
Our client is hiring for both Lead Teachers and Afterschool Teachers who are enthusiastic nurturing and committed to making a positive impact in early childhood education.
Lead Early Childhood Educator (Full-Time)
Design and deliver developmentally appropriate creative lesson plans.
Create a safe inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
Build strong partnerships with families to support individualized child growth.
Apply best practices to support all aspects of development-cognitive social-emotional and physical.
Maintain open communication with parents through daily updates and progress reports.
After School Teacher (Part-Time)
Engage children in fun and meaningful afterschool activities.
Support classroom routines snack distribution and facility use.
Foster a caring safe environment and build rapport with children and families.
Assist with administrative duties and attend staff meetings and trainings.
Qualifications
Lead Teacher:
Associates degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting.
Strong classroom management skills and team collaboration.
After School Teacher:
Experience working with children in a licensed childcare setting.
ECE credentials preferred.
Physical ability to perform childcare tasks.
Passion for education and child development.
