We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team at either our Luthervillle-Timonium location. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in commercial insurance encompassing underwriting policy placement and risk management. Successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to delivering excellent customer service cultivating client relationships and collaborating with various departments to ensure policy compliance and currency. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to become an integral part of our expanding team and contribute significantly to our business.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
- Oversee the renewal process for existing clients.
- Assess and analyze risk exposures for clients.
- Negotiate coverage and pricing with insurance carriers and remarket accounts as necessary.
- Provide prompt and effective customer service addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client accounts.
- Independently acquire and sustain in-depth knowledge of the marketplace fostering strong working relationships with company underwriters and representatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking an individual with over 5 years of commercial lines customer service experience who thrives in a collaborative team environment and pursues continuous knowledge improvement. A current property and casualty insurance license is a prerequisite.
