What its about
As part of a new team of Estate Rangers working together with colleagues across Cornwall Housing youll be delivering services to care for our neighbourhoods improving the look and feel of our estates for everyone.
We want you to care about where you work and support our communities so youll be about and about working on our estates and listening to residents to improve the places they live. Youll work alongside our housing and asset management teams to resolve issues and represent Cornwall Housing at all times.

Our offer to you
Salary:26282 per year (13.62 per hour)
Hours:37 hours per week
Contract Type:Permanent
Base:This is a mobile role operating in the areas stated above (a van is available for work use) plus hybrid working from office and home as needed to complete admin tasks with either Chy Trevail in Bodmin or New County Hall Truro as your official base.

This role is subject to a Basic Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) Check. We are committed to safeguarding the welfare of all our service users clients and customers. This role is at times working with vulnerable individuals and/or children and young people so youll be asked to complete a relevant DBS check to be successfully appointed to the role.
