In the role of Associate Director you will join the Deal Structuring and Execution team thats doubling down on winning together.
Each day youll go above and beyond to
Play a lead role across a highly motivated & enthusiastic Victorian DS&E - Regional & Agribusiness team in a high growth and business critical segment.
Lead transactions prepare credit submissions & recommendations to credit support transaction execution through due diligence and legal documentation (directly or indirectly).
Awareness of NABs credit policies and internal risk appetite and utilise product and sector experience in problem solving.
Identify development areas to support high performance of the team coordinate training sessions arrange Deal Reviews facilitate working groups maintain updated industry papers & benchmarking for Agribusiness sectors.
Undertake critical roles within Regional & Agribusinesss portfolio management agenda including key responsibilities for multi-funder transaction arranging credit insurance adoption and the creation of various distribution portfolios with ongoing oversight and enhancement.
Contribute to driving the desired Enterprise culture within the business unit and across NAB built on trust effective decisions strategic agility and constructive challenge.

Broad depth of banking experience across client engagement debt structuring & execution and portfolio management.
Highly analytical and fact-driven with clarity of thought ability to deliver insights and creatively solve complex problems.
Strong knowledge of bank processes systems products & services.
Prior cashflow lending experience with exposure to Pre and Post Farmgate customers (preferrable).
Confident & competent in management of stakeholders to achieve positive client experience
Professional experience in banking/financial industry in a related senior level role and preferably with Agribusiness experience.
