Description

The Learning and Development Coordinator is responsible for providing vital support to the Organizational Development team. This role supports the coordination of logistics documentation and delivery of training materials for the development initiatives throughout the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized detail-oriented and passionate about supporting employee learning and growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions workshops and seminars (in-person and virtual).
  • Manage calendars and communicate upcoming events to employees.
  • Maintain accurate records of training participation and certifications.
  • Coordinate logistics for training events including room booking virtual meeting setup catering and materials preparation.
  • Assist with the Learning Management System (LMS) including user setup course uploads tracking progress and reporting.
  • Collect feedback from training participants and summarize data for evaluation and improvement.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure effective delivery of training programs.
  • Coordinate with department leads to schedule hands-on role-specific training aligned with production and compliance standards. Support cross-functional teams and projects related to organizational learning and employee development.
  • Monitor training budgets and process related invoices and purchase orders.
  • Report immediately all suspicious and hazardous conditions to a supervisor.
  • Understand and observe all safety guidelines and assure quality and safety by complying with all appropriate Click Bond policies and procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining clean orderly and hazard-free work areas.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision be a self-starter and be detail oriented.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience coordinating virtual training platforms (Zoom Teams)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Possess a passion for supporting employees learning and growth journey.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to write and read English.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate or bachelors degree in business education or related field preferred.
  • 13 years of experience in an event coordinator or administrative support role.

  • The work is primarily sedentary although there may be some walking standing bending and carrying of items such as paper or books weighing less than 20 pounds.

  • Work primarily performed in a standard office environment. If in manufacturing areas requires protective eyewear and/or hearing protection.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Work primarily performed in a standard office environment. If in manufacturing areas may be exposed to noise smells heat dust etc. Work requires the observance of fire regulations and safe work practices.
  • Occasional travel may be required for training events and off-site workshops.
