Job Description
At Lifescale Analytics we help achieve data driven decisions by leveraging strategic technologies to create innovative solutions that ultimately help our clients to navigate their ever-changing data have an opportunity for a Project Leader. This role will be an Onsite Role in Boca Raton FL. Telecommuting will not be considered Travel and relocation expenses will not be covered by the client or employer.
Applicants responding to this position must be a US Citizen and will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements by currently possessing the ability to view classified government information. Must have lived in the US for the past 5 years.

General Characteristics
- Responsible for overall coordination status reporting and stability of project-oriented work efforts.
- Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on time within budget adhere to high-quality standards and meet customer expectations.
- Responsible for assembling schedules project management plans directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis identifying resource needs performing quality review; and escalating functional quality timeline issues appropriately.
- Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers.
- Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope budget risk and resources of the work effort being managed.
- Assists Project Manager(s) and Program Manager(s) in partnering with senior management of the Business Units to identify and prioritize opportunities to achieve and promote the goals of the client.
- Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools resource management practices and change management techniques.
- This is an individual contributor role without human resource management responsibilities.
- Manages multiple cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of IT work experience including 3 or more years managing projects.
- Experience with projects in multiple technologies and functions.
- Strong experience with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes and methodologies.
- Experience with managing IT infrastructure projects and managing vendor deliverables.
- Breadth: Middle level management. Works under the general direction of senior level management.
- Responsible for the management of multiple medium to large-sized moderately to highly complex projects.
