Job Summary:We are hiring dependable and safety-conscious Machine Operators to join a dynamic production team in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring machines used in the assembly and production process ensuring efficiency and quality :Set up and operate machinery according to production specificationsMonitor machine operation to detect issues and make adjustments as neededPerform routine quality checks to ensure product meets standardsMaintain a clean and organized work areaDocument production counts and downtime accuratelyAssist with machine changeovers and minor maintenance when necessaryFollow all safety protocols and company proceduresRequirements:Prior experience in machine operation or manufacturing preferredMechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issuesStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to stand bend and lift throughout the shift (up to 50 lbs)Willingness to work in a team-oriented fast-paced environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent
