Job Description
Do you have a year of experience as a supervisor within the ID/DD/OPW field and 3 years of experience directly supporting people with a developmental disability Were seeking an energetic person who will work to cultivate our values across Saratoga Bridges by training new employees and modeling our values daily. In this role the Evening Supervisor will work with management teams to train new employees provide supervisory support when there are vacancies and help build stronger culture. - Starting Rate: $26.00 an hour
- Schedule: Sunday to Wednesday evenings or Wednesday to Saturday evenings
To be eligible you will need:
- High school diploma/GED bachelors preferred
- 3 years of experience working in the ID/DD field
- 1 year of supervisory experience in the ID/DD/OPW services field (If you dont know what this means this job isnt for you.)
- Valid Drivers License
