Senior Associate Corporate Property

Reporting to the Director CME (Corporate & Industrials) youll be part of a team that provides administrative and credit input to the Client Coverage team across all aspects of portfolio management and the client relationship.
Further youll have an opportunity to build on your existing credit/analytical skills and client relationship skills playing a key role in driving superior client outcomes and delivering world class client relationships.
In the role of Senior Associate you will join the corporate and institutional banking team thats doubling down on moving with speed and winning together!
Each day youll go above and beyond to:
- Structuring transactions and preparing credit submission employing financial modelling where required and making recommendations on transactions to credit.
- Driving transactions forward whilst engaging multiple stakeholders including Client Coverage teams Product Partners Credit Legal Customers and client support teams to achieve a seamless client experience.
- Responsible for managing the ongoing monitoring of the risk profile and compliance requirements of a client portfolio; ensuring portfolio hygiene is maintained to a very high standard.
- Conducting research and analysis to develop industry/sector expertise and knowledge.
- Attending internal and external stakeholder meetings to support business outcomes whilst managing portfolios.
- Provide guidance/coaching to graduates interns and associates where required.

- Broad C&IB product knowledge and industry insight.
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance Business or a related discipline
- Previous banking experience in a similar role ideally gained in a Corporate or Institutional Banking environment.
- Strong skills in credit financial modelling transaction structuring and documentation
- Exceptional inter-personal skills the ability to work effectively in a team environment and connect with clients and key internal stakeholders.
