You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Professional Practice & Education Leader (PPEL) facilitates processes to support excellence in patient-centered practice based on relevant best practice conceptual frameworks research literature professional standards of practice legislative requirements and other scholarly resources. The PPEL is responsible for the coordination implementation evaluation and sustainability of professional practice projects programs and initiatives including clinical policies and procedures integrated care pathways regulatory requirements for competent and safe practice mentorship clinical placements and healthy work environment initiatives which align with Mackenzie Healths vision mission and values. The PPEL will provide leadership in engagement of clinicians to understand workflow needs and collaborate with other teams to optimize use of digital health solutions and adoption of supported clinical application tools for efficient and quality patient care. The PPEL will review data and utilize information from digital health solutions (such as Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and other smart technology) to drive quality improvement initiatives educational opportunities to enhance patient outcomes.
