Are you friendly proactive and love helping people Were looking for energetic team players to be the face of our car park experience at Westfield Coomera.
As a Car Park Attendant youll play a key role in creating a smooth stress-free visit for our customers from the moment they arrive. Youll assist with parking ensure everything runs safely and efficiently and help keep the space looking great. Every interaction is a chance to make someones day and leave a positive impression that brings them back again.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers to enhance their experience.
- Managing traffic flow and directing vehicles to ensure a smooth parking experience especially during peak times or capacity issues.
- Conducting routine patrols to ensure the car park remains clean well-lit and organised.
- Assisting customers and retailers with parking inquiries providing clear guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
This role is a casual position ideal for someone with flexible availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster.

- Confidence in working in a busy fast-paced environment.
- Experience in customer-facing roles such as retail hospitality or car park services.
- Hold a valid drivers license (Full or Provisional license acceptable).
