Location: Fayetteville Arkansas
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $14 $16 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role:
As a Product Delivery Specialist youll be the final step in the car-buying journeydelivering vehicles directly to customers ensuring theyre completely satisfied and explaining everything they need to know about their new vehicle. What Youll Do:
Safely deliver vehicles to customer homes or workplaces.
Conduct thorough pre-delivery inspections (clean fueled damage-free).
Verify and complete all necessary vehicle documentation.
Walk customers through key features controls and vehicle functions.
Answer any questions and ensure customers feel confident with their new car.
Assist with paperwork including registration financing and insurance.
Communicate clearly with customers to confirm delivery times and expectations.
Coordinate with sales and service departments to ensure smooth handoffs.
Perform minor maintenance checks (e.g. tire pressure fluid levels).
Follow up post-delivery to address any issues and encourage customer feedback.
What You Bring to the Table:
Required Skills & Abilities:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Dependable punctual and professional.
Basic computer skills for document processing and CRM updates.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
1 years of experience in customer service delivery or a related role.
Familiarity with vehicle features and handling a plus.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Work Environment & Schedule:
Standard dealership hours with flexibility for evenings or weekends.
Must be comfortable working outdoors and driving in all weather conditions.
Physical requirements include standing lifting lightweight items and extended driving.
