Ellis Hospital is looking for a Locum Neonatologist.

Practice Setting: Level 2 Plus NICU
Dates of Coverage: Monday July 21 8 AM - Friday August 1 8 AM: ON Monday Tuesday. OFF Wednesday Thursday. ON Friday Saturday Sunday OFF Monday Tuesday. ON Wednesday Thursday as well as And Monday August 25 8 AM - Friday September 5 8 AM ON Monday Tuesday. OFF Wednesday Thursday. ON Friday Saturday Sunday OFF Monday Tuesday. ON Wednesday Thursday.
Schedule: A 24-hr shift would be 8 AM-6 PM overnight out of hospital call until 8 AM. Bellevue needs a locum for 7 24-hr shifts spread over 1.5 weeks

Describe Support Staff: pediatricians specially trained nursery nurses lactation consultants respiratory therapists and social workers
Total Number of Beds: 15 bed NICUwith ADC 4.5. Attend delivers when requested. Assist rounding on mother-baby unit depending on census (ADC 11).
NICU Level: Level II plus
Average Number of Patients Per Day: 4.5
Documentation System/EMR: Cerner
Facility will reimburse for the following costs: Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate Rental Car Hotel
