GATR Truck Center is on the hunt for a full-time Human Resources Assistant at our Sauk Rapids MN location. Were not just offering a job - were offering a launchpad for your career in a company that values hustle heart and humans.
What Youll Be Rockin:
Youll be the go-to support for our HR team - keeping things organized efficient accurate and people-focused. From onboarding new hires to keeping our employee records tight youll help make GATR a great place to work.
Your day-to-day might include:
- Supporting the HR Director with admin tasks
- Managing employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinating stay and exit interviews onboarding orientation and terminations
- Maintain accurate benefit enrollments for all employees and assist in Open Enrollment
- Scheduling drug screenings and physicals
- Entering and completing bi-weekly payroll
- Maintain and review DOT Files
- Keep our employees and supervisors up to date with basic HR polices and procedures
- Helping shape policies and processes that make work better
- Special projects and additional duties as assigned
What You Bring:
- 1-3 years in HR or admin support (bonus points for experience with isolved)
- A sharp eye for detail and ninja-level organization
- Strong communication skills (and you know how to keep things confidential)
- A positive proactive attitude - youre the kind of person who gets stuff done
