You will lead a cross-functional marketing team that is tasked with Developing and executing integrated strategies that drive brand visibility demand generation and digital excellence.
Responsibilities
- Leads and develops cross-functional marketing teams including campaign managers digital/web staff content creators designers and marketing operations
- Drives cross-departmental planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that support business growth vendor partnerships and customer engagement across all channels
- Oversees the marketing operations function including pricing strategy Product Information Management (PIM) analytics marketing tech platforms and cross-team enablement
- Manages the digital/web marketing function including web development eCommerce User Experience (UX) and contractor oversight
- Guides data-driven decision-making through metrics tracking paid media performance and marketing attribution analysis

Qualifications
10 years in a senior marketing role with 5 years leading marketing teams
Bachelors degree in marketing business administration or related. Masters degree in marketing preferred
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a track record of successful campaign management and team leadership
- Strong understanding of digital marketing social media platforms and analytics tools
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to think strategically and creatively while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong financial and market analysis capabilities
- Up to 25% travel domestically and internationally
