Job Description
The Position
The Marketing Coordinator works directly with the Marketing Director and internal groups to execute marketing campaigns manage SEO SEM and Google Ads. The successful candidate is able to learn the company products and services then write compelling copy to convey and improve the Marcus and Madera brand across all marketing channels. The Marketing Coordinator works with internal and remote team members outside vendors and clients. The ideal candidate must have strong attention to detail exceptional time management a creative eye and effective communication skills. The position cultivates positive relationships at all levels of the organization and promotes internal and external communications with an emphasis on growing the Marcus/Madera brand and client relationships for both our Commercial/Industrial and Agribusiness divisions.
Essential Duties
- Manage SEO SEM and Google Ads account and track performance and trends in Google Analytics and manage the budget
- Manage Facebook and LinkedIn ads
- Assist with trade show schedule including pre-show coordination and post-show follow-up
- Drafts and edits a wide range of marketing communications across multiple platforms including print and online social media advertising copy email blasts brochures videos and more
- Assist and execute email campaigns in HubSpot
- Maintains a working knowledge of company products and services to effectively communicate with customers
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients internal team members and outside vendors
- Collaborates with the Marketing Director to maintain the overall look feel and branding of our organization
- Assists the Marketing Director with formulation of strategic marketing plans and initiatives and executes assigned elements of those plans including but not limited to print online social media email and other collateral
- Oversees multiple projects with varying timelines and ensures their timely execution
- Helps establish and execute long-term goals for targeting and reaching new markets
- Desire to learn and think outside of the box
Education & Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing Online Marketing or related field
- Two to four years of experience as a marketing or communications representative
- Experience with Google platforms
- Experience with SEO and SEM
- Experience with video production and editing a bonus
- Demonstrated copywriting & editing experience
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software (Illustrator InDesign Photoshop and Premiere Pro) and MS office (Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook).Mac-based preferred.
