Sales Development Representative - Life Sciences

This is a hybrid position in our London UK office. This role has the option to work hybrid throughout the week or fully in office.

Role Summary:
As a Sales Development Representative at Patsnap you are the driving force behind our new business development. In this dynamic role you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients showcasing our cutting-edge products and how they add value to businesses. Your insights and expertise will pave the way for meaningful relationships and successful sales initiatives.

What Youll Be Doing:

    • Using your incredible communication skills to build brand new relationships between PatSnap and potential clients
    • Working closely with an Account Executive who will mentor and help to develop your sales skills while you support their activity by creating sales leads and booking their product demonstrations
    • Owning your territory and choosing which companies to call and will have the autonomy to be creative with how you introduce PatSnap to prospects
    • Learning the necessary tools to be able to succeed in the role; what we ask of you is a can-do attitude and an open mind to learning
    • Researching using varied and creative techniques to identify business opportunities (sales leads)

About You:

    • You hold a degree in life sciences or related industries (highly desirable)
    • You are super organised and love being in charge of your own time
    • You are money motivated - uncapped commissions means your salary can be what you make it!
    • An interest in technology and how it is used to drive business forward
    • You love talking to new people and are a confident communicator
    • You thrive working to (and exceeding) targets
    • You are a problem solver; you like to use your knowledge to help people overcome challenges
