Description

Position Summary

This position is responsible for updating marketing materials used for sales training as well as customer facing materials. This position will be asked to keep all sales materials SFDC InFocus and our marketing team updated on the changes in our product portfolios on a continual basis.

They will assist in the updating all materials with new products and those products no longer sold by FFF. This position requires close communication and coordination between sales marketing product management teams and contracts teams.

Essential Functions and Duties

  • Develop and maintain a partnership with all the internal staff including Sales Marketing Product Management Team and Customer Service departments.
  • Attend sales team meeting inter-departmental meetings.
  • Support efforts in the introduction of new products that are subsequently added to the FFF portfolio.

Product Management Materials

  • Maintain working knowledge of all products and services.
  • Work with the PM team to ensure all marketing materials are up-to-date.
  • Work with Communications Manager and Digital team to update BioSupply on product descriptions.
  • Update materials in SFDC and communicate updates to the internal staff.
  • Utilize standard computer software systems for daily tracking of updates; The computer is also used daily for e-mail and contact management.

Campaign Efforts

  • Working with Marketing Manager to keep track and provide updates on Marketing Service Agreements.
  • Work with internal marketing team to ensure deadlines are met.

Marketing Materials

  • Continual monitoring and updating of Sales Training materials as well SFDC marketing materials used by our sales team and customer service to promote products and programs to our customers.
  • Maintain and utilize FFF Sales Training Manuals Mindflash Training quizzes other online communication tools.

Qualifications

Education Knowledge Skills and Experience:

Required Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent;

Preferred Education:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent directly related experience.

Preferred Knowledge:

  • Basic Internet knowledge
  • WOW customer-centric

Required Experience:

  • Sales and/or marketing experience
  • Core requirements include integrity openness and trust. Candidate must also exhibit a caring and friendly attitude.

Physical requirements

Vision hearing speech movements requiring the use of wrists hands and/or fingers. Must have the ability to view a computer screen for long periods and the ability to sit for extended periods. Must have the ability to work the hours and days required to complete the essential functions of the position as scheduled. The employee occasionally lifts up to 20 lbs. and occasionally kneels and bends. Working condition include normal office setting/warehouse.

Mental Demands

Learning thinking concentration and the ability to work under pressure particularly during busy times. Must be able to pay close attention to detail and be able to work as a member of a team to ensure excellent customer service. Must have the ability to interact effectively with co-workers and customers and exercise self-control and diplomacy in customer and employee relations situations. Must have the ability to exercise discretion as well as appropriate judgments when necessary. Must be proactive in finding solutions.
