Job Description
The Maintenance Engineer at the Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area inSomerville MA will be responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of the hotel facilities. This role requires attention to detail strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs on equipment and systems
- Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC plumbing and electrical systems
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff and guests in a timely manner
- Keep records of maintenance and repairs performed
Requirements:
- Prior experience in maintenance or a related field
- Knowledge of HVAC plumbing and electrical systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods
- Available to work weekends and holidays
