Introduction to the Job

The Talent Community Development function is a strategic pillar within ASMLs Talent Acquisition (TA) ecosystem. It focuses on proactively sourcing and engaging niche technical and leadership talent to ensure a ready-now pipeline aligned with future business needs.
Role and Responsibilities
The Talent Community Development Lead will design and implement strategies to source build and engage a pool of high-potential candidates for technical and leadership roles. Reporting to the Talent Engagement Leader this role ensures alignment of talent pipelines with business needs maintaining a ready-now candidate pool.
