Project: OHIP Medical Disability Eligibility Unit
Support and maintain Medical Disability Determinations and Tracking System to accommodate State takeover of Medicaid disability determinations.
Day-to-Day tasks:
with program staff to analyze and document business and reporting requirements business / workflow processes data flows and system interfaces.
with developers data analysts tester and contractors on gap analysis and logical design.
with business developers data analysts and testers to ensure completeness of test plans and test scenarios.
all or portions of the following project artifacts as needed using MS Office and Visio: Business Requirements Priority Matrix Business Requirements Document Gap Analysis Document Functional / Technical Specifications Use Cases Screen and Interface Design Document others as identified.
reports and activity status as requested by the project manager.
well in a matrixed team structure often facilitating multi-disciplinaryteams translating business/program subject matter information into project artifacts.
Tester and perform QA testing tasks as needed.
and execute a knowledge transfer. Follow enterprise cluster level department level and division.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Tester: Conducts automated and manual tests to ensure that the software created/upgraded performs as necessary and meets the user requirements. Develops and maintains user and technical documentation and project process documentation for application teams. Understands the view of applications and/or technology and is able to put procedures in a logical sequence.
- Expert: 84 months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
Requested Qualifications:
- 84 months of experience in working with Project manager Business analyst and other project team members to create robust test plans/test cases for web applications.
- 84 months of working experience in creating managing and executing functional and regression test scripts; developing generic reuseable functions and scripts.
- 84 months of working experience in performing application testing based on written test scripts documenting tracking and communicating defects utilizing HP ALM.
- 84 months of working experience in performance testing tools developing and executing performance test scripts.
- 84 months of working experience in using Functional Non-Functional and other various Testing types to evaluate software applications per Business requirements: such as Performance Usability Compatibility System Regression End to End integration automated performance smoke black box white box and failover tests.
- 84 months of working experience in automation testing developing and executing automation test scripts. Experience descriptions must demonstrate the use of specific automation tools and process/methods used to create automated tests from manual functional tests.
- 60 months of programming experience in PL/SQL SQL Java HTML
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related majors
