Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of mid-market to large commercial clients across multiple industries
Provide strategic guidance coaching and mentorship to a team of commercial producers and account executives
Lead by exampleachieve personal sales targets while supporting team performance
Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning goal setting and team structure
Attend client meetings present insurance solutions and negotiate with underwriters
Stay ahead of industry trends market conditions and carrier offerings
Monitor and report on team KPIs and performance metrics
Qualifications
7 years of experience in commercial insurance sales with a track record of success
RIBO or other relevant provincial license required
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proven ability to generate leads and close new business
Excellent negotiation communication and relationship-building skills
Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
