Were looking for someonewho is ready to grow their media skills as they take client campaigns from idea to execution and beyond. In this role youll help shape ideas manage the rollout and track how the campaign performs no two days are the same.

What does your day to day look like

• Turning client briefs into creative campaign ideas
• Collaborating with a team to develop and pitch concepts
• Managing timelines deliverables and campaign implementation
• Coordinating with internal teams to bring campaigns to life across audio digital social and talent
• Tracking campaign performance and pulling together post-campaign reports
• Presenting ideas and results to clients and internal stakeholders
• Writing clear punchy proposals that sell the teams concept
• Learning and growing your marketing and media knowledge

What youll need:

• 2 years of experience in media radio or creative industry roles
• Curious imaginative and passionate about developing engaging ideas with a commercial lens
• Organised and able to juggle multiple projects at once
• A natural communicator who can tell a great story
• Open to feedback and keen to learn
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced fun environment
