You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe have an exciting opportunity at Downer Group for a Collections Specialist role. This role is integral to achieving optimised cash flow service delivery and compliance in the Order to Cash (O2C) function.
This is a permanent role with a hybrid work arrangement. You will be part of collaborative close-knit team.
Reporting to the O2C BSC Tower Lead the Collections Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process for the Trans-Tasman region ensuring efficient collections maintaining strong client relationships overseeing and assisting Managed Services Provider (MSP) service delivery and driving continuous performance improvements.

The Collections Specialist role is part of the Finance Services team and is accountable for managing the collections process ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and collaborating with business units clients and the Managed Services Provider (MSP) to ensure quality delivery and compliance.
