Our client a Certified B Corp is seeking a hands-on Process Manager to lead a team of approximately 20 at their East London site. Youll take ownership of inbound equipment operations that support their end-to-end servicesfrom device collection and repair to reuse and recycling. Youll also play a key role in introducing structured processes setting meaningful KPIs and driving efficiency across the board.

Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals.

Operational Oversight
Manage daily warehouse and logistics operations.
Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.

Performance Monitoring
