Location: Hounslow West London
Contract: September 2025 July 2026 (Term-Time Only)
Pay: 444.00 per week (PAYE)

A forward-thinking secondary school in Hounslow is seeking an Autism Support Assistant to join their support team for the full academic year. This Autism Support Assistant role involves working 1:1 with students with autism helping them access learning and develop key social and communication skills.
As an Autism Support Assistant you will work alongside teachers and SEN professionals to create a calm supportive learning environment and help students reach their potential.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting students with autism and related needs
- Providing tailored 1:1 and small group interventions
- Helping pupils manage sensory or behavioural challenges
- Promoting engagement and inclusion across the curriculum
Were looking for:
- A 2:1 or First-Class degree in Psychology or a related subject
- An understanding of autism and/or SEND
- A calm consistent and compassionate approach
- Full-time availability from September 2025 July 2026
