Le (la) Conseillre en communications aura intgrer lquipe des communications internes pour assurer la continuit des oprations et faire du rle conseil en projet.
Exigences:
Exprience dans une quipe de communication interne qui ont un impact stratgique;
Comptences de rle-conseil en communication interne et comprendre la dmarche de gestion du changement;
Capacit rdactionnelle suprieure;
Maitrise des meilleures pratiques en communication interne;
Exprience dans un milieu syndiqu un atout;
Capacit lire les enjeux organisationnels et politiques;
Comprhension du mode matriciel et joueur dquipe
Seuls les candidats lgalement autoriss travailler pour tout employeur au Canada seront considrs.
