Job Description
The AM Server at Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to guests in a professional manner. This role will require excellent customer service skills and attention to detail to ensure guests have a memorable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Take guests orders and serve food and beverages
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Available to work weekends and holidays
