Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager with a solid track record of delivering digital products in dynamic environments. The ideal candidate combines technical understanding with strong organizational and communication skills to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects.
Project:
Domain: Tourism
Platform: a booking for passes for resorts in Europe
Vision: transform the fragmented often frustrating experience of purchasing ski passes into a seamless digital journey while helping resorts reach new customers and optimize revenue.
Mission: become the dominant global platform for ski pass purchases by offering unprecedented comparison convenience and value.
Team: the clients side - Product Manager/Stakeholder; Selectos side - Product Designer Design Director Senior FullStack developer (hiring) 2 Middle Fullstack developers (hiring) Strong Middle/Senior BA/PO Middle Strong Project Manager (hiring).
Timeline: at least 5 months with a possibility of prolongation contract work part time (up to 4 hours/day); working hours in CET or EEST time zone
Hard Skills:
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) including sprint planning backlog grooming daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
Strong expertise in roadmapping backlog management and facilitating product discovery and delivery phases.
Proficient in industry-standard tools: Jira Confluence Miro Figma.
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) API integration and front-end/back-end architecture.
Experienced in collaborating with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into epics user stories and actionable tasks.
Skilled in creating and maintaining project documentation timelines status reports and performance tracking metrics.
Able to identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure delivery success.
Soft Skills:
Natural team leader with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams and maintain alignment across all departments.
Strong communicator and facilitator able to translate technical language for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
Highly adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity shifting priorities and evolving goals in a fast-paced environment.
Skilled at negotiating trade-offs managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining project focus and momentum.
Collaborative mindset with experience working with distributed teams and external partners across multiple time zones.
Committed to delivering high-quality results on time and within scope even under tight deadlines.
Nice to have:
Experience in product discovery workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions.
Familiarity with QA processes UX/UI best practices or DevOps pipelines.
Background working in software or digital product companies.
