Our team assesses Group Critical Illness claims. Your journey starts by taking an initial call gathering key information offering support for any vulnerable needs our members may have enrolling the claim onto the system and making a decision based on the medical evidence obtained. This role exists to ensure our members receive the support they need during critical times adding significant value to Aviva by maintaining our high standards of customer care. You will be joining a dedicated team that works collaboratively to simplify the claims journey and ensure the best outcomes for our customers.
