Nursery Practitioner Full-Time Up to 28000 Level 2 or 3 Qualified

What Were Looking For
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare or Early Years Education
- Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner or in a similar early years role
- Sound knowledge of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive positive approach and commitment to promoting diversity equality and inclusion in early years education
What Youll Be Doing
- Plan and deliver engaging age-appropriate activities that support childrens learning and development
- Foster a safe stimulating and nurturing environment for children aged 05
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive inclusive setting
- Support the emotional and physical wellbeing of each child through consistent care and encouragement
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers offering regular updates on their childs progress
- Ensure full compliance with safeguarding health & safety and early years statutory frameworks (EYFS)
