Job Description
Job Title: Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Business Analyst
Location: Nashville TN
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and analytical Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Business Analyst to support the implementation and optimization of the IBM FileNet P8 suite of products. This role is responsible for analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements identifying and proposing effective solutions and supporting the full lifecycle of ECM system implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both business process reengineering and IT integration along with excellent facilitation documentation and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and document business requirements and workflows related to the deployment of the FileNet P8 suite

Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and translate findings into detailed functional specifications

Evaluate existing processes and recommend business process reengineering where appropriate

Construct data models and activity/process models to support system definition and design

Prepare cost-benefit analyses using established State CBA methodology

Develop and manage implementation plans from project inception through deployment

Support solution delivery including installation testing data conversion and maintenance

Conduct and document results of studies related to systems or business process challenges

Plan and deliver end-user training for new ECM applications

Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment of solutions across business and IT functions

Provide support and consultation throughout the project lifecycle and ensure user needs are met
Required Skills and Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience within the last 2 years in a Business Analyst role focused on ECM or enterprise applications

Bachelors degree (BA/BS) in Business Information Systems or a related field

Experience with IBM FileNet P8 suite and understanding of ECM concepts

Strong analytical negotiation and documentation skills

Skilled in business process modeling and data modeling (hands-on experience may be required)

Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels-from end users to executive leadership

Experience facilitating group discussions interviews and requirements workshops
-
Proven organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience in public-sector or government agency environments
-
Familiarity with enterprise system integration and cross-functional IT implementations
-
Exposure to tools such as Visio BPMN or other process modeling software
