- Oversee night shift operations assisting Front Office Manager and Senior Management
- Exemplify exceptional behaviour speech and appearance
- Manage staff with courtesy and discretion
- Set and maintain high guest service standards
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes during night hours
- Handle guest inquiries complaints and special requests promptly and efficiently
- Manage room allocations and upgrades as necessary
- Oversee night audit procedures and financial reconciliations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent matters
- Implement and maintain safety and security protocols during night hours
- Prepare detailed handover reports for the morning shift
- Monitor and optimise night shift staffing levels
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve night staff performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for night operations
Qualifications :
- Diploma or Degree preferably in hospitality or related field
- Previous experience as a Team Leader or Duty Manager
- Computer literate (Windows environment) PMS (Opera) Tars online and an aptitude for new technologies
- Languages: fluent in the national language English and a 3rd language would be a plus
