Job Description
Senior ICT Infrastructure Engineer with Baseline Clearance - Canberra
- Over 10 years of experience with Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience:
- managing Microsoft and Cloud-based IT infrastructure and system administration (i.e. Active Directory Windows Servers Azure IaaS and PaaS M365
- with backups and restore applications tools and procedures (please specify applications and tools)
- managing LAN WAN WLAN (please specify vendors and device types) in an enterprise environment or government agency with a Windows 10- or Windows 11- based SOE
- Minimum 2 years experience managing Linux servers
- Demonstrable hands-on experience in the monitoring of networked devices and other assets using monitoring applications and tools
- Demonstrable hands-on experience with Asset Management applications tools to manage an asset register
- Hands-on experience with InTune application packaging and automated deployment
- At least 6 months experience in the use of ServiceNow for IT Service Management
- Minimum expert-level relevant Microsoft certification
- Network or IT security industry certifications
- Deep familiarity with Azure Resource Manager
- Other industry certifications (ITIL project management etc)
- ServiceNow configuration experience
- Automation experience
