The Infor M3 Functional Consultant will be responsible for understanding business requirements and translating them into functional specifications specifically within the Supply Chain or Sales Equipment domain. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Infor M3 modules related to these areas providing configuration support and expertise to optimize client operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
- Provide expert guidance on how to utilize Infor M3 to address supply chain management or sales equipment challenges.
- Configure and customize Infor M3 to meet business requirements.
- Focus on Supply Chain Management modules (inventory procurement distribution logistics) or Sales Equipment (sales orders service management and related processes).
- Drive optimization of business processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Propose best practices and system design improvements.
- Lead testing efforts including unit testing integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure that the system operates according to specifications and meets business requirements.
- Conduct training for end users ensuring they understand the functionality of the Infor M3 system.
- Develop user manuals process documentation and provide ongoing user support and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with technical consultants project managers and other teams to ensure smooth system integration and implementation.
- Ensure communication between business and IT teams is clear and efficient.
- Provide ongoing support post-go-live to resolve any issues that arise and continuously improve the system s performance.
