Now Hiring: Registered Nurse (RN) Flagstaff AZ
Location: Flagstaff Area
Pay: $52$54/hour
Schedule: Flexible shifts (7:00 AM3:30 PM or 8:30 AM4:30 PM)
Final schedule set by Administrator; overtime may be required

Requirements
Active RN license (State of Arizona)
Long-term care experience (Required)
Compliance Documentation
Current resume
Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
OIG/SAM name check
CPR/BLS certification
2-step TB test
RN license/certification
Hepatitis B vaccine or declination form
COVID-19 vaccine or declination form
Completed Agency Skills Assessment Packet
