Were looking for an Attorney who is ready to hit the ground running take ownership of their work and drive cases forward from start to finish. As part of our supportive and collaborative team youll build and draft custom estate plans and guide clients through some of lifes most important decisions.

Client Support:

  • Support the partners by handling your own casework as assigned and supervised.
  • Prepare and review legal documents including wills trusts powers of attorney and other estate planning instruments.
  • Provide clients with clear and empathetic guidance throughout the planning process.

Case Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the legal team to ensure timely and efficient case progress.
  • Support elder law-related matters under the supervision of senior attorneys.

Legal Research and Drafting:

  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
  • Draft memoranda pleadings and other documents as needed to support the firms legal work.
  • Education: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Licensure: Active license to practice law in Washington in good standing. Licensure in Oregon is a bonus
  • Experience Required: At least three years of legal practice particularly in estate planning or elder law must have experience with tax planning.


Skills:

  • Must have comfort with estate tax planning.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with technology including word processing document storage systems and legal research tools.
  • High emotional intelligence and empathy especially when working with seniors or emotional clients.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
