BrandSafway offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical dental vision life and disability insurance along with a generous 401k plan. The salary range for this position is $22.00- $25.00hourly. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 12p-8p (Overtime based on business need occasional weekends)
Job Type: Full-time benefits eligible
Pay:$22-25/hr
Location: Norwell MA
Key Responsibilities:
- Load unload move and stage products and materials using manual or powered equipment (e.g. forklifts pallet jacks)
- Receive incoming shipments verify accuracy against packing slips and inspect for damage
- Pick pack and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with company standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records through proper labeling and documentation
- Keep work areas clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient workspace
- Follow company safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents immediately
- Assist with periodic cycle counts and full physical inventories
- Support other warehouse functions and departments as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2 years of warehouse or material handling experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand walk or bend for extended periods
- Basic math reading and communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years propane forklift experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime as needed
