Were seeking a Legal Operations Consultant or Fractional General Counselto collaborate with us on a project-based contract to help identify marketing inefficiencies and compliance risks within growth-stage B2B SaaS companies.
If you work with companies where the marketing stack is chaotic where tracking consent management or vendor relationships are loosely governed or where executives are frustrated by unclear ROI from marketing this is a way to help solve it while being paid for your strategic input.
This is a paid consulting engagement with the potential for ongoing collaboration and bonus compensation based on successful client implementations.
Identify one or more clients from your current or past advisory portfolio that may benefit from a review of their marketing systems vendors and data compliance posture
Collaborate with our team to assess risk inefficiency and lack of clarity in their marketing structure
Co-develop a marketing system restructuring plan that improves trust attribution and data compliance
Optionally assist with stakeholder alignment and implementation support
Ensure the clients operational and legal considerations are reflected in the growth plan
Growth-stage companies often overlook legal risk and inefficiencies in marketing systems. Youve likely seen:
Non-compliant tracking setups (GTM cookies CRMs etc.)
Lack of clear data ownership or marketing-vendor contracts
Redundant or misaligned marketing vendors
Vague reporting that leads to misinformed decisions
This role exists to close that gap and ensure revenue growth is both legally sound and operationally scalable.
Were a growth strategy and marketing systems firm that supports high-growth B2B and consumer brands. Our specialties include:
Fractional Chief Growth Office support
Lead Engine: a 90-day revenue reactivation sprint
Attribution tracking systems optimization (GTM Mixpanel Amplitude)
AI-powered funnel automation
Engineering-as-marketing tools (custom calculators onboarding flows etc.)
Initial milestone: Paid consulting engagement to co-develop a solution for one client
Optional performance-based bonus: If the client moves forward a facilitation bonus is offered for implementation collaboration
This is not a commission-only role initial work is paid and structured as a contract project.
5 years of experience in legal ops tech transactions or SaaS contract management
Experience advising B2B SaaS companies particularly those VC- or PE-backed (preferred but not required)
Familiarity with marketing vendors consent/data governance and SaaS tools like CRMs GTM and analytics stacks
Comfortable bridging legal and operational priorities
Collaborative detail-oriented and solution-focused
