Job Description
- Drive or head up crucial IT project essential to the strategic and operational objectives of the organization by serving as a Project Manager where applicable
- Purchase efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software
- Analyze the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency.
- Utilize the Microsoft Office 365 environment to organize and structure files directories and data o better suit the needs of users
- Monitor Software applications and OS patches. Track license agreements administer virus protection and maintain software inventories.
- Continuously analyze how technology can benefit the Community or improve existing business processes; integrate systems to realize that benefit/improvement
Experience in analysis implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications.Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 cloud environment Microsoft Office applicationsand Windows Operating Systems. Microsoft certifications preferred. Sound understanding ofcomputer systems (hardware and software) and multi-site networks. Experience with ExtremeNetworks infrastructure. Experience in managing and controlling information technologybudget. Experienced in information security technology and process implementation andsupport. Experience with firewall implementation and management. Working knowledge oftelecommunications systems and integrations. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Outstanding communication abilities.
