Are you ready to put the guest in guest-tacular and the super in supervisor If youre a hospitality superstar who loves making peoples days brighter we want you to join our team as Guest Service Manager!

What Youll Do (No Two Days the Same!)

  • Roll out the red carpet: From reservations to farewells youll help guests check in chill out and check out with a smile - making every stay a five-star experience.
  • Lead the dream team: As the Guest Service Manager youll inspire support and guide your crew ensuring every shift runs smoother than a well-made cappuccino.
  • Reception perfection: Master the art of multitasking as you handle bookings prep invoices and ace guest check-ins and check-outs.
  • Communication station: Answer phones and emails faster than you can say holiday mode!- always with professionalism and a dash of personality.
  • Teamwork makes the dream work: Liaise with other departments to make sure rooms are guest-ready and every need is met - because happy guests happy days!
  • Embrace the adventure! Be part of a vibrant team that keeps the good times rolling 7 days a week - including weekends public holidays and school holidays - because were open when our guests need us most!

What Youll Bring (Your Recipe for Success)

  • Hospitality heroics: Strong guest service experience and top-notch knowledge of booking systems like NewBook RoomMaster Opera or similar.
  • Born leader: Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor is a must -herding cats (or guests) is your superpower.
  • Service with a smile: Youre famous for your customer service and love a good yarn with guests.
  • Positive vibes only: Bring a vibrant attitude and thrive in a busy buzzing team environment.
  • Qualified & capable: Certificate II in Hospitality (Operations) or equivalent experience.
  • Problem solver: Quick with solutions and comfortable using your maths skills on the job - no need to count sheep here!
