HOW YOULL MAKE AN IMPACT
Onsite Position location: Tallahassee FL
Your Role:
- Prepares complex data creates data visualizations and performs advanced analytics for internal and external clients.
- Displays an understanding of diversity.

- Enhances and contributes to a safe environment for all colleagues visitors and patients.
- Ensures data integrity via accurate multiple source data collection.
- Works with management and data architects to determine user needs build usable databases to store required information create solutions so users can access data create security plans and measures and maintain database integrity.
- Applies proper statistical methods to produce descriptive predictive and probabilistic analyses and reports.
- Works with end users and other data analysts; ensures they can use and access data easily within customer defined timeframes.
- Seeks opportunities to automate reports; surveys data sets proactively to find improvement opportunities contributing to the organizations mission vision and strategic plan.
- Performs miscellaneous duties not expressly described herein.

WHAT YOULL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education:
- Bachelors degree in information technology (IT) computer science data science engineering mathematics statistics business analytics or a related field.
Required Experience:
- Five (5) years of relevant data management or healthcare IT experience.
Preferred Experience:
- Skilled in using:
- Microsoft (MS) Office Suite
- MS Structured Query Language (SQL) Server (and/or MySQL)
- Business intelligence tools (i.e. Qlik Tableau and Power BI)
