Fern Ridge School District is accepting applications for MULTIPLE 3.75-hour Title Instructional Assistant position will include small group/individual student assistance and supervision support. Some light cleaning and clerical work may also be required.
The successful candidate must be *highly qualified and be able to pass a fingerprint background check with the Oregon Department of Education (cost is $78.50).
Essential Requirements:
- Ability to work closely with students and positively assist them with learning & behavior goals.
- Ability to stay on a daily schedule and ensure small group instruction begins on-time.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to take direction and feedback from supervising staff.
- Fingerprint background check with the Oregon Department of Education (cost is $78.50). Background checks are required for each successful candidate prior to starting work.
- Ability to multi-task and work within a flexible schedule and routine.

Compensation:
- Anticipated Pay Range of $16.43 - $20.67 per hour depending on experience(pending union and school board approval of the proposed OSEA contract)
