Job Description
New Albany Country Club is seeking Adult Pool Bartenders/Service Staff to join our team. This position involves serving food and beverages as well as providing excellent customer service to our members in the pool area.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to members.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-paced environment.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pool bar area and Bar Truck.
- Assist in opening and closing duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior bartending or service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
Benefits:
- Hourly compensation of $16.00 per hour.
- Bi-weekly pay schedule.
